Hello! Welcome, please let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Andrée and I am web producer. I am fluently bilingual (French/English) and have worked 9 years in the private sector and 5 years in the federal government. I have developed websites from scratch, migrated content, performed QA and managed clients’ needs. I can quickly learn new and proprietary content management systems and have experience working in pre-authentication and post-authentication environments.
My journey into web development started years ago when I was doing my computer graphics diploma and took an HTML class. From that moment on I knew I wanted to work on websites! I got myself an internship to expand my knowledge and then landed a job as part of a web team in a design firm. With time, I worked as a freelancer in several government departments and helped to upgrade their websites to meet new accessibility standards. Making websites accessible has been one of the most satisfying parts of my career. If you'd like to know a little more about my experience, have a look at my resume below or contact me directly.
I've also spent some time doing art work and even have some pieces in a few books. To learn more about this part of my life, have a look at my art resume.
